Custom Program Plan Order Template
Template status: discussion template, not a completed contract.
This template lists the terms that should be completed for a Custom Program Plan. It becomes binding only when the customer and StackMentor sign an applicable Custom Program Plan Order. The School Data Processing Addendum should be attached whenever institution personal data is processed.

4. Price, payment, and taxes
- Plan price and currency: €10 per student seat per month in EUR, before applicable VAT.
- Payment schedule and due date: selected seats are billed upfront for each monthly billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Payment method, purchase order, or e-invoice details: payment is collected through Stripe Checkout using the available payment methods; any purchase-order or e-invoice terms must be agreed in the order.
- VAT or other taxes: applicable VAT and other taxes are calculated by Stripe Tax and added to the price; valid tax IDs may support reverse-charge treatment where applicable.
- Additional seats, credits, and overage rules: additional seats are charged immediately at €10 per seat before applicable VAT; unused selected-seat capacity becomes time-limited credits under the billing rules shown in the product.
- Late-payment and suspension rules: failed or overdue payment may block new Mentor use and suspend the school subscription until billing is resolved.
5. Data protection and security
The attached School Data Processing Addendum describes the roles, instructions, data categories, subprocessors, international transfers, incident handling, assistance, audits, and return or deletion of institution data. Any extra security, hosting, retention, or provider requirements must be written here or in an attached schedule.
6. Support and service commitments

7. Cancellation and termination
The parties should state whether either party may terminate for convenience, material breach, prolonged service failure, legal or data-protection reasons, or non-payment, and what refund, credit, access, export, and deletion consequences apply.
8. General contract terms
The parties should complete governing law, venue, dispute handling, liability limits, confidentiality, notices, amendment procedure, order of precedence, and signature details. Finnish law applies under the standard Terms unless this signed agreement states otherwise.
