Subprocessor List

These providers support StackMentor production services. They may process only the information needed for their stated role. Provider regions can vary by product and deployment, so Supabase Ireland is the only production location currently confirmed here.

• Supabase: authentication, database, and queues. Production project location: Ireland.
• Vercel: frontend hosting and delivery. Region may vary by deployment.
• Render: backend API, workers, and scheduled jobs. Production region has not yet been confirmed.
• Resend: account, invitation, password-reset, and service email delivery. Processing location may vary.
• Stripe: checkout, subscription, invoices, and payment processing.
• OpenRouter: AI request routing and access to configured model-provider endpoints. Requests use zero-data-retention routing, but the selected endpoint determines the applicable model provider.
• Upstash Redis: short-lived mentor streaming transport. Processing location may vary.

We will update this list when a provider is added or materially changed. School customers may use the objection and termination process in the applicable Data Processing Addendum. A Custom Program Plan Order may require a particular approved provider list, processing region, or additional objection procedure; that requirement must be written in the order or DPA and is not implied by this public list.
